Half Shell Scallops

Peruvian Half Shell Scallops from Pana Pesca These scallops are a fantastic addition to any menu or seafood counter. The meat is approximately 40-50 count and very sweet. The scallops are sustainably raised in the cool clean waters of the South Pacific. There are no additives or water added. There are 144 scallops in each case. This versatile product can be served sashimi style, as ceviche or briefly cooked with any choice of sauce. The dark red shell has terrific eye appeal and that “wow” factor that attracts attention. These scallops have had tremendous reviews from customers who have included them on their oyster bars, used them as appetizers, in their paellas, pastas and risottos, or as a garnish.
